Just had to make Nigella's star topped mince pies again.
Made them for the first time at the very beginning
of this year but Christmas time feels ideal to
make them again. And I have to say that pastry is
the most terrific pastry to work with I've ever known.
Made the cranberry mince meat a day ahead.
All I still have to do now is dust some icing sugar
over the pies and we're ready to go.
